Our Roots
The Pinkney family moved to Fort McMurray when Wayne Pinkney took the post of Principal at Peter Pond Junior-Senior High School in Fort McMurray in August of 1975. After 20 years as a school administrator, Wayne decided on an early retirement and started Pinkney Financial Services.
In 2003, he relocated the businesses to the Pinkney Financial Centre.
Wayne’s wife Pat, a retired teacher, spends a lot of time quilting and travelling with him. They are blessed with many grandkids and love to spend time with them.
